Am I slacking?

Sort of, there are things going on though.
More work needs to be done on the MkII sanding machine and it is work that needs to be done in my workshop. The the trouble is that it is too damn cold to do any work in my workshop. So I have decided to use my original sander, it needed a good clean up and a bearing needed replacing so I have done that and it is now ready for use.
I am also trying to fathom out a way to fit the mahogany inlay that is required on the classical guitar. I am pretty sure I have come up with a method that will work but I have been sleeping on the idea for two nights and will probably do the inlay tomorrow. I will post a picture of the fret board as soon as it is done.
